a. The event is black tie optional! Our theme this year is Paris.
a. The event begins with cocktails at 6:00 PM with dinner served at 7:00 PM. After dinner and presentations stay until 11:00 PM for dancing.
a. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
a. Exclusive early entry check in begins at 5:30 PM, all other guests can check in starting at 6:00 PM. Early entry is reserved for guests of our Presenting, Marquee, Premier, Diamond Sponsors, and Patron guests only.
a. Bidding for silent auction items will be available on your cell phone. Please be sure to bring your fully charged phone.
a. The silent auction will close at 10:00 PM.
a. Check out does not open until 10:15 PM, this gives us time to close and rectify all auction items.
a. Please check out with our volunteers before leaving. Our runners will be able to assist you with any of your winnings.
a. Yes, donations are being accepted using the DONATE link at the top of the website.
a. If you mail in your donation the American Cancer Society will send ou a receipt for your tax records in approximately six weeks. If you make a donation online, you will be directed to a confirmation page that can be for your tax records. In addition, an email will be sent to you that includes a receipt that can be printed for your records.
a. The Living Angel Award goes to an individual in our community who is directly involved in the field of cancer — either through personal experiences or by working with cancer patients — is presented with this special award for going above and beyond to support those touched by cancer. The nominee may be a cancer patient, nurse, volunteer, researcher, social worker, physician, etc.
